20-Day Return & Exchange Policy
- You can return or exchange any item within 20 days from the date of delivery.
- The item must be in its original condition, with all tags attached.

- Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
- A confirmation email will be sent regarding the status of your return.
Return & Exchange Process

- Clearly mention whether you are requesting a refund or an exchange.
- For exchanges, availability of the requested size will be confirmed.
- All returns must be completed within the 20-day window.
- Provide your order number, a brief description, and product images (if possible) to help us assess any defects.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the item is out of stock, a refund will be issued.
- Returns violating our policies may not be accepted.
- Refunds will not be issued if the tag is missing from the package upon arrival.
- If a return is made without a valid reason, shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
- Customized jackets made on special request cannot be returned.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Defective Products

- Include your order number, images of the product, and a brief description of the issue.
- If the defect is due to manufacturing errors or poor-quality materials, we will replace the product.
Size Issues
- Order cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
- If canceled after 24 hours, a 25% deduction will be applied.
- If the order is canceled while in transit, 25% of the amount + shipping charges will be deducted.
