Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from Luxhide, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
1. 14-Day Return & Exchange Window
Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and unaltered
- In original condition
- Free from stains, odors, or damage
- Returned with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact
Any item that fails inspection will be rejected and returned to the customer.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item to initiate a return or exchange.

Please include the following:
- Order number
- Reason for return (refund or exchange)
- Clear images of the item (mandatory for defects)
- Requested size (for exchanges)
Failure to contact us within 24 hours may result in rejection of your request.
3. Return Conditions
- All returns must be completed within the 14-day return window.
- Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
- Missing tags or packaging result in automatic rejection.
- Customized or special-request jackets are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
4. Return & Exchange Shipping Costs
- Customers are fully responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- We do not provide prepaid return labels.
- Customers are responsible for secure packaging of returned items.
- Luxhide is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged return shipments.
5. Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the requested size or style is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.
- All exchanges are subject to the same inspection and approval process as returns.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will be notified of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Refund processing time is up to 5 business days.
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Items missing tags or packaging
- Items showing wear, damage, or alteration
- Unauthorized or late returns
- Customized or special-request items
7. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
Please provide:
- Order number
- Clear images of the defect or issue
- A brief description of the problem
If the issue is confirmed to be due to a manufacturing defect or our error, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
8. Size Issues
- Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order.
- If an incorrect size was sent due to our error, we will resolve the issue promptly.
- If the incorrect size was selected by the customer, exchanges may be offered and shipping costs will apply.
9. Order Cancellations
- Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations after 24 hours are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
- If an order has already shipped, a 25% fee plus shipping charges will apply.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
