Please read our policy carefully before making a return or exchange.

20-Day Return & Exchange Policy

  • You can return or exchange any item within 20 days from the date of delivery.
  • The item must be in its original condition, with all tags attached.

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
  • A confirmation email will be sent regarding the status of your return.

Return & Exchange Process

  • Email [email protected] within 24 hours of receiving your item to initiate the return.
  • Clearly mention whether you are requesting a refund or an exchange.
  • For exchanges, availability of the requested size will be confirmed.
  • All returns must be completed within the 20-day window.
  • Provide your order number, a brief description, and product images (if possible) to help us assess any defects.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the item is out of stock, a refund will be issued.
  • Returns violating our policies may not be accepted.
  • Refunds will not be issued if the tag is missing from the package upon arrival.
  • If a return is made without a valid reason, shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
  • Customized jackets made on special request cannot be returned.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Defective Products

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect product, email [email protected] within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Include your order number, images of the product, and a brief description of the issue.
  • If the defect is due to manufacturing errors or poor-quality materials, we will replace the product.

Size Issues

  • Order cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
  • If canceled after 24 hours, a 25% deduction will be applied.
  • If the order is canceled while in transit, 25% of the amount + shipping charges will be deducted.
  • Please check your size carefully before purchasing. If you receive the wrong size, contact us for assistance.
